Release note for TVUBroadcast 2.0

Instructions for broadcasting:
==============================
- Create a TVU user account at http://pages.tvunetworks.com/accounts/viewRegister.do

- Sign in on the TVU website.

- Create your channel at http://pages.tvunetworks.com/broadcasters/newChannel.do

- Start the TVUBroadcast program, sign in, and select your channel.

- Go to the Source tab and pick the source for your broadcast (can be a live video+audio source,
an mms stream, or a list of WMV files (all of which must be in the same format).

- Press the Start button.


New features:
=============
- New web-based user interface

- Built-in encoding allows you to simply select video and audio sources and press Go
("power users" may still want to use an encoder to get the exact signal configuration they want).

- New "file list" capability allows you to broadcast a file list, and also to
change the file list while broadcasting.  All files in the file list must be WMV files, and they
must all be in the same format.

- Real-time display of how many viewers are watching your channel

- Transmission improvements that boost the channel's Signal Strength.
